We have over full file cabinets and paper all over the place.  The document management is definitely out of control.  I have suggested that we purchase Document Imaging Software so we can scan in each one and save it on the computers.  Our document management would be so much m ore organized.  We would spend less time learning the software and imaging a document than we would when we try to find the hard copy now.  Most of the time we can not even find what we are looking for at all.  Management is considering purchasing the document imaging software after I explain exactly what it can do for our office.
